3. What kind of warranty we offer?
We offer one year warranty
A. For small parts including flex,
antenna, camera, buzzer, loud speaker, ear speaker etc: any copy
quality defective parts are under the warranty; the original quality
parts are out of warranty;
B. For LCD , we offer conditional and flexiable
warranty for all the defective return parts;
C. For touch screen, any defective parts
with function problem without installation, without
scratch can be replaced.
D. For battery, we offer warranty for all
the defective battery without function(Put-in or Put-out)
Warranty is one of the very important and sensitive issue in the parts business. We would never offer
100% perfectterms, but we would always to figure out the correct, reasonable and better solution for
the defective parts for our long-term partnership.

Payment
1. What are the terms of payments you offer?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB according to current exchange rate.
We accept payment of T/T, Western Union and Paypal.
2. How to apply refund?
Once the PI has been confirmed and your ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be available
for a canceled order. But we will refund to you in time the the case that we could not offer the
products required, due to the shortage or unavailability.
Packaging and Shipment
1. Individual polybag for small parts;
bubble bag and good quality small box for each
LCD; poly bag and bubble bag for the touch screen.
2. Good quality white foam box for the
protection inside of the standard export carton.
3. We offer logistics service to ship the goods to your rom China by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc.
Generally it takes 2-3 days to have the goods preparation done. And it takes 3-5 days to ship the
goods to you. In total, the package will reach you about a week after the order is confirmed.

Defective Parts Return
1. What conditions should be considered to return goods.
A. Goods were delivered by yourstar.
